    We collect the following information from parents or guardians during registration: Child's name, age, and gender; Parent or guardian name and contact information; Allergy information or needs relevant to camp participation; Photo and video consent

    We use the information we collect only to 1) register and manage your child's participation in camp; 2) ensure the health and safety of all campers; 3) contact parents in case of an emergency; 4) share camp updates, schedules, and photos with families; and 5) comply with applicable laws and regulations. WE WILL NEVER SELL OR RENT YOUR PERSONAL INFORMATION TO THIRD PARTIES.

  3. Photos and Videos
    We may take photos and videos of campers for use in camp emails, our website, or social media. We will only do so with prior written consent from a parent or guardian. You may withdraw consent at any time by contacting us.

  4. Information Sharing
    We do not share personal information with outside parties except: 1) with staff and volunteers directly involved in your child's care; 2) with medical professionals in the event of a health emergency; and 3) if required by law (e.g. mandatory reporting obligations)

    We take reasonable precautions to protect personal information from unauthorized access or disclosure. Paper records are stored securely. Electronic records are protected by passwords and limited staff access.

  6. Data Retention
    We retain camper records for 7 years after the end of each camp session, or as required by law. After that period, records are securely destroyed or erased.

    As a parent or guardian, you have the right to access the personal information we hold about your child, request corrections to inaccurate information, withdraw consent for photo or video use, and request the we delete your information, subject to legal requirements.
